Hilarie Burton Hilarie Burton, an American actress and producer of renown, is one of the most well-known names in Hollywood. Her previous work included being a VJ for The MTV channel's Total Request Live. The show was famous for her character in the role of Peyton Sawyer a high school teenager In One Tree Hill. As well as her television work, she has also been famous for her part in The Very Own Normal Adolescent and The Secret Life of Bees. Her most prominent role was on USA Network's White Collar and One of her more popular characters was the character Dr. Lauren Boswell in the hugely popular medical drama Grey's Anatomy. More recently she has starred in the role of Molly Dawes in ABC's drama Forever. In CBS' scifi show Extant. Some of her best-known work include The Summer Villa Surprised By Love Christmas on the Bayou and The True-Love Tale of Boyfriend & Girlfriend. Hilarie's role in the 2017 TV adaptation of Lethal Weapon as Sara Ellis was hailed. She is also a patron of several charitable causes and participates in numerous charitable organizations.
